More and more people are trying out different types of ways to stay fit. It is not just for the sake of looking for, but also for the sake of staying healthy but at the same time looking good from within that shows physically.

Some people try and do yoga, which is both relaxation and exercise since it would involve both the mind and the body. There are also some who chooses to go to the gym once or twice a day to stay fit. However, the arms, chest, back, and legs, are not the only parts of the body that need some exercise. People often forget that there are actually muscles on the face as well.

There was a time that Face Yoga became a thing and it is said to help all the muscles on the face and may prevent it from aging too quickly. However, experts revealed that if it is done wrong, the effects could be otherwise. According to a professional facial masseuse, these exercises must be done right, if not, the face muscles might stop tightening up or may be tightened too much.

Introducing FaceGym

Face Yoga is one thing but this particular service that launched in 2016 back in the U.K. is another. The FaceGym services actually started in the Saks Beauty Floor and this particular service actually promises to give you a non-invasive facelift.

A lot of people have been trying it and most of them see its wonders a couple of times they have done it. This was founded by Inge Thompson and she believes that the face needs as much exercise as the body since it is built with 40 muscles. Theron was actually a writer at the Financial Times, but what pushed her to do this FaceGym is the reviews from a lot of beauty services that are all basically the same.

FaceGym doesn’t just offer facial massages, it is basically a training program that your face will be undergoing. They offer different training sessions depending on what you want the results to be. There may be lifting, tightening, detox, sculpting, and even de-puffing. However, they all have one goal, and that it to be able to restore the elastic of the skin on the face and be able to stimulate all the 40 muscles and help the production of collagen.

How Facial Workout Is Similar To Body Workout

FaceGym is literally just a workout on the face instead of the body, so technically, it is very similar in a lot of ways. Just like how it all must be started by doing some warm-ups, then a bit of cardio, before cooling down as the final one. However, unlike with the usual body workout, you are not the one who is doing it all by yourself.

This is because how FaceGym workouts go is that you will be seated while your face trainer will actually be the one to do the job, starting with warm-ups using oil, and some kneading and tugging as the cardio. It is said to be very intense, but of course, it wouldn’t actually hurt the face badly.

Just like working out in a real gym, there are also some pieces of equipment that are used for a facial workout. Some people might think that only the hands are being used in the FaceGym, turns out there are actually a lot of innovative pieces of equipment being used. It would vary as to whether what kind of workout will be done.

Just like when a mini yoga ball was used to be able to stretch the face. The purpose of this is to basically fight any puffiness and bagginess with the help of a radio frequency equipment. A pretty common one is a derma roller, which helps in boosting the collagen as well as smoothing the lines on the face.

This is one tool that more and more people are getting their hands on so they could actually do it at home. When it comes to firm on, the other hand, an EMS or the electrical muscle stimulator is used.

Most people believe that this is a more natural and a way better alternative compared to Botox and other medical procedures being done on the face. This is because it is simply doing exercises that are helpful on the face. Same goes for eating right and staying healthy instead of taking drugs to lose weight.
